I have'nt Brian, I found them before and they did'nt seem to do many courses.

They have now increased the courses they do but there is no phone number just an email on that side of it.

Just wanted to check it's not a franchise of sorts

If you are based near london there is a company called The Floor Academy, I got their card at last years tile and stone show they are based in Deptford I want to do their course when I have the free time and spare money

Training in Stone Restoration and repair would take at least a fortnight minimum. Added to this having completed a training course the cost of the actual equipment is very high.

You should consider prior to entering into any training the level you want to achieve. There is a stark difference to cleaning grout residue off travertine compared to grinding lippage and repolishing granite for example.

My advice would be to consider your commitment first and then price up a basic restoration package because you will get no change out of £12K when you consider the purchase of a BASIC kit as follows:
