yeah that what i thought of to be honest, was just wondering if there was any metal or a plastic ones you could by somewhere off the shelf. any how thanks fellas i will just make them from now on :)

Schluter do ramped transitions, but only to 20mm
If u could raise profile outside the room, it could give u options.
I tend to suggest latexing a small area outside the door to lift the adjoining floor covering.
Not always possible, but it is a solution.

Sloped transitions by Schluter.

Any other suggestions @Schlüter-Systems Ltd?
