Trying to locate bathroom floor tile

Hello and help

i am trying to locate a jade green bathroom floor tile. The size is 31 x 31 cm the finish is mat the only marking on the back is portugal i purchased them about 2 1/2 years ago ideally i only need two but would happily buy more (just in case)

I got them from a tile shop in Burnham, Bucks. It has now closed down

A company called Decorum used to make (well, import) a range called Matrix. If I remember correctly it was 31x31 and had a matt finish.
