turned out they never informed the tenants they would have to get out of bed early anyway. It was only the electric drill I was worried about, don't mind getting wet but it was monsoon season here this morning

I heard on the news that one locality near where I live got 5 inches of rain in an hour. :yikes: This is an older area with outdated storm sewers, and there was massive flooding.

One of my employees got caught in that storm on the way to the job. It took him 2 hours to go ~10 miles. A car near him got washed away while he was on a part of the street that was just a little higher up. Here is a picture of a tree that came down while he was driving by :yikes:
