UFH Pricing

Hi Folks, Have to price a job to level (inc. shaving a large lump), board, lay ufh, and tile (brazilian slate). Area is about 28 sq m and really not sure what to price for ufh, and whether to just charge meterage or day work. Any thoughts from other members?

I'd charge day rate for all the prerp and charge metreage for slate tiling Smudger. Oh while I remember Smudger, do you have an L200? I was reading some posts about them on a forum and there was a Smudger on there.

No, not me I'm afraid. Could do with a new vehicle, but don't think the budget will stretch, more likely a reliant (although if you put "**** cars" in google the first ad is for an L200 dealer)
