not too bad. it might look lovely in the righet situation.
at least you wouldnt have to worry about keeping all the grout lines straight

i've done that layout a few times, done one quite recently actually, looks ok in a bigger area to be honest.

Yep, done it a few times in the past. Doesnt look too bad. I often get paid for fitting, not for designing the layout or design!
