Walked the dogs around midnight last night and my van looked like this......





My wife Fiona went to work this morning at 6 and it looks like this.......




Some thieving undesirable, has made it away with all my wheel trims, unbelievable.....

Nothing safe nowadays, even going to the extent of cable ties to the rim doesn't stop the thieving scroats.

I looked at the first picture quickly, then the second and thought bloody hell they've nicked his alloys:yikes: but at least they put their wheels on it, what classy theives he lives near:lol:

Thing is....I live off a country road, in a no through street, that you have to drive to get to. That's why I'm so amazed that they're gone.

Sad but i'm seriously thinking of getting CCTV, the wirless systems are really quite cheap now.

Living in a close can be a benefit to theives as they know there is a reduced risk of passing traffic, although the residents are more aware of noise as it would normally be quiet at that time of night.

I've known people to have alloys with locking wheel nuts disappear. I once knew someone whos car alarm was stolen from another car! Cable ties really would not prove a problem.
