Time's Ran Out

I don't seal before fixing as the slate tends to be very dirty and the cleaning process during laying can remove many layers of 'colour'. Depending on the surface as to whether it's better to seal before grouting as the smoother faces can have pores which will hold the grout and in the layers of riven types. But whichever it has to be fully dried before any seal is applied. SAM_0330.jpg
