I've just had a new wet underfloor heating system installed in a barn conversion, the pipe work is laid but it's not "on" yet - i.e. there's no heat in it.
Someone mentioned to me that I should of had the heating on for 6 weeks before laying the tiles.
I have heard similar recommendations before on a whole host of other trades, some of them are real belt and braces thinking though and aren't REALLY that important, others though are definite no no's and would cause the whole project to mess up.
I've used keraquick flexible adhesive (will be using same grout), I'm leaving exspansion joints at the edges - SURLEY this is going to be okay? isn't it?
Cheers
