Underfloor Heating

Hi I have a floor to tile and install electric underfloor heating. I have done quite a few before and used Topps two part rapidset applying the adhesive directly onto the cable. But can you use Mapei Maperker Rapidset Flexible in the same way?

The wires would have to encapsulated in self leveling so it seems.
