uneven bathroom wall

hi all
please were desperate need help asap x

my partner and i are re tiling the bathroom ,we are complete novices but have done well so far ,but come to the window where the corners are 10mm out bringing the tile to stick out and uneven , above the window is 15mm out and goes into like a bump please need advicex

we have a bath under the window but at the corners of the window below were the sill goes its really uneven and goes in then out
