Depending when they were fixed it maybe difficult to save them. If they've been fixed recently the sooner you try to save them the better. Granite is the ardest tile there is so you might be lucky. I would use a hammer and bolster or SDS drill with tile removing chisel. You may also have adhesive stuck to the back of the tile which would need removing and you could use a fein multimaster tool (if you can get hold of one) with an adhesive removal attachment :thumbsup:
