hi again,
Just wanted to know how often you board walls out if uneven?
Do you do it as a last option or prefer to board out often?
Not really got much experience of plastering so am stuck when it comes to that.
I find that where walls run out they are a lot higher than the main part of the wall.Im not on a current job it was just a general question in what you guys prefer to do rather than use lots of adhesive which can take some time to get right. Thanks a lot everyone all help appreciated.
Also which board do you's use, wedi, hardibacker, plasterboard etc. Thanks

Every room and wall is different.
There are many options
as listed above.
The main thing to consider is that you should not be on a job scratching your head wondering how to get tiles level on uneven walls. Check the walls ( and floors ) out at quote stage. Take long level.
Explain to, and show customer problem. Discuss remedial action. Either for them to sort out prior to you commencing, or that you will undertake. So at least if you need to use an extra 2 bags of adhesive and half a days labour you are not loosing out, since you have quoted for it.

If you do not prepare properly on quote stage you are just :banghead:

what if the wall runs out in a corner and is of a higher level than the rest of the wall, if you know what i mean. This will mean the hole wall will have to be levelled with rapid set to bring it to that level?

Depends if it's plasterboard, or render. If it's render, i'd shave it back a bit, to get it level. Not really an option with plasterboard though.
