URGENT HELP!! HOW DO I REMOVE VARNISH FROM Black Limestone??

I put a varnish sealer on my black limestone outdoor slabs and when it dried its very stained???
How can i remove varnish and get it back to bare?

Hi Mike, what is the name of the product that you have put on your slabs?

Whatever you use only try a test area in a discreet position first!

You could try Nitromorse - it can remove polish and wax from Terracotta - but it could bleach the black limestone and then you'll have another situation to re colour it.

There are other threads within the forum history regarding Black Limestone, correct sealing and restoration.

There seems to be 2 variations, 1 in the green tin with a green gel and one in yellow one which I have'nt used..which one do you use John
