This property is owned by a construction firm that I do alot of maintenance work for.

Its an old water tower, goes down under ground and has one level above ground level.

The stair case is timber and steel wrapped around a tree that has grown inside the tower, a realy odd housebut its quite well known in the area as its a bit of a head turner with a famous name.

see the link here http://www.s1rental.com/renting/search/200710011023665439.html

the inside is pretty dated now but 20 years ago this would have been something very special.
