VITREX 10 3450 Pro 900 BRIDGE Saw

Any one used these orange bridge saws, or know if they're any good - quality wise?
Also, do they spray you with water?
cheers

p.s I', these are exactly the same as one that toops sell becasue the pictrue look s identical.
----
I'll try that last sentence again...

I'm assuming these are exactly the sames as the one Topps sell because the picture looks exactly the same.

Ryan i purchased a vitrex cutter from topps and hand on heart it is rubbish

You wil find as i did with vitrex product that the bore size on the blades r not standard ie 16mm on my vitrex cutter and when i tried to buy a marcrist or rubi blade it didnt happen as they do not sell the right blade in that bore size

I would give vitrex a wide birth really would

All the best

Thants a shame because price seemed ok.
How about this one from Topps at a similar price ?

Powerful 800 watt Induction motor
------------------------------------------------------------
Overload protection to prevent motor damage
Includes mitre guide and parallel guide
Aluminium cutting table (40x44cm)
Stand available as optinal extra
180mm Diamond Cutting Wheel
Cuts tiles up to 620mm in length & 40mm thick
Cuts Granite, Porcelain, Ceramic, Quarry,Terracotta, Marble & Slate Tiles
Tilting blade for 0 - 45 degree mitre cuts

With it being 180mm you can get rubi & Marcrist wheels for it.

thanks Raja, looks like its not easy to get a radial wet saw that can cut 60cm long tiles with standard size cutting wheels, for under £200 then.

Have you since got something better that you use yourself that can use standard size wheels?

cheers again
ryan

no that is it but am looking to buy soon is nearly brand new cutter only used it a few times but not a rubi

IF u r in yorkshire come up u can have it if u want for free

Gives me an excuse to buy a new one:lol:
