Vitrex pro900 wet cutter problem

Ive bought a lightly used pro900 this week and started a new job with it today. 600 x 600 porcelain. First few cuts seemed ok finish was superb, but after maybe 20 or so cuts I simply cannot get a straight cut whatever I try or adjust and the finish is not so smooth. I beleive its still the original wheel and hope that buying a new one in the morning will fix it. What do you all think ?

Are you doing ALL your cuts on it including straight ones..?

Yes at the moment. Its a new toy ! And sometimes my Rubi ts60 Plus doesnt break larger porcelain in a straight line so I thought I'd give it a go. Oh and also the first cuts were for a contoured shower tray so I needed the grout line.

LOL.. maybe.. Have you not thought of anew hand cutter..?

Put a new wheel in and that seems to have fixed it. But also tried an 18mm wheel in my rubi ts60 plus, wow hot knife through butter even over 600mm on a narrow cut.

sounds like the blade is shot mate,also you may be pushing the tile through to hard,as above also with the dry cutter
