Measure wall to floor at both ends and in the middle. Write the measurements on masking tape and stick them to the wall at the appropriate places. Work out how many tiles you need and ensure you have cuts at the top and bottom of no less than a fifth of a tile.

Do the same horizontally. Never go to the ceiling, floor or corner on a full tile because if it is out you will probably be left with horrible slivers that appear halfway up or along.

Hope this makes sense. I'm not the best at explaining things in words

Edit - You have to measure each individual cut on the wall or the floor which is out
