Hit the little blue arrow on the sidebar and it'll disappear. Hit it again and it'll slide back into place.

If you have the sidebar closed, and you're logged into the forum, there's only one advert you see that rotates at the top of the forum homepage, threads and forum categories, but pretty much nowhere else.

tilersforums.com : With no adverts. And still free of charge to all users. :)

To be fair 95% of advertisers wont apply to the US anyway so you guys perhaps would be best always having it hidden.

Any member can do it though, new or existing.

If people are browsing the forum a lot they can get ad blind anyway and never really notice what's there. So they can get rid for time being, then if they clock a thread they need to find an advertiser for they can switch it back to grap the URL and then turn it back off again.

It seems some forums plaster their websites with adverts though I thought I'd point out a way for all to remove 99% of ours.

You just get the one at the top of the forum on most pages (not all mind) and then the few on the homepage.

Regulars know who sponsors us so they know who to contact via the forum or directly. And you can always click the tab to show the sidebar if you've forgot for whatever random reason.
