hi on a job today when all water started to run in to bathroom from loft above one of the plumbers fittings had come off
its gone down the back of ceramic tiles on two walls and you can see the wet patch's showing will these dry out ok or will it stain back of tiles

How long has the tiling been done?

the bathroom was done about 2 weeks ago I was back there today doing splash back in ensuite when customer came running in saying water was every where in bathroom

Depending on the wall tile adhesive used it may be fine!
However the plasterboard my have blown, tubbed adhesive watered down, or the bond broken.
Best just wait for the damp patch to dry and tap the walls with your knuckles to 'hear' the fixing!
To many factors such as emulsion, substrate, amount of water ... To give a definitive answer.
