Time's Ran Out

Depending on the wall tile adhesive used it may be fine!
However the plasterboard my have blown, tubbed adhesive watered down, or the bond broken.
Best just wait for the damp patch to dry and tap the walls with your knuckles to 'hear' the fixing!
To many factors such as emulsion, substrate, amount of water ... To give a definitive answer.
