Wax? Oil? Tiles?

I recently laid underfloor heating in my conservatory. Have tiled it with black 13" square tiles and used grey/light grey grout. All went well and looks good. But it looks a lot better when I wash the floor and gives it a shine.

Is there some treatment I can use to make them look like this all the time?
A bloke at work said about an oil but I should have used it before grouting?

hi wts,if it is a stone tile then you could have used certain sealers

i am assuming its porcelin or cermaics you have laid however

dave will floorshine keep them looking wt et or does it leave an enhanced sheen so to speak..never used it looks good

Sorry pasted wrong one.. it is glaze protector,, this gives the wet look.
