i have been as sick as a pig with this flu. just been on my first run for 3 weeks and it was hard as hell. managed to run for 1.5 miles and then had to walk jog walk jog the rest lol

i have actually lost weight over this holiday and saved some money so thats a first lol. i am taking the wife and kids to jamie carraghers restaurant for meal now. hopefully liverpool will have lost/drawn and roy hodgson (as nice as he is) will be moved on to pasteurs new by the time ive got home.

Was completely skint before the holidays so had to work straight through.
Glad some work actually cropped up.
We had been looking and very little was available in the autumn here due to the nice little manufactured depression.
