Wet room tray.

1700x900mm wet room tray.
Unfortunately I only had white rapid set!
Marked out with frog tape.
Ready for clean up and grout tomorrow, with either ivory or grey??? Customer ok with either.
What does everyone else think?

Green for me, as in pics. :smilewinkgrin:

I reckon grey, ivory would accentuate the number of joints and cuts as its not an overly large tile.

Went with grey!
Looks darker in reality, but with a flash it looks very light.

cant wait to see it either ash!!
get a few splashbacks under your belt mate first.
they are not difficult but you do need to have plenty of experience on a cutter first.
nothing like a good symetry to show off a tiling job

yeh I know jonny none of this sort of stuff atm I know it looks so easy but I would really struggle with lining up whilst laying the tiles I think

I can see how a straight line laser will give the lines. What do you use to mark on dark tiles? I like the frog tape as you can use a pencil and straight edge to mark the diagonals.

haven't found a good marker for tiles that work well.

I use masking tape and pen, not pencil.

where is tha laser placed when marking up for former? in the centre?
