Wetroom on slab/screed to fall + 60x60 floor tile slip resistance

We are installing wetrooms in private flats in a new build project. The bathrooms are on a concrete slab, we have a screed layer of around 110mm within which to place the shower waste, and slope for the shower drainage. I want to avoid having to use any prefab trays or proformas. My question is can we tile directly onto the screed, or do we need a waterproofing layer? Can you use a paint application or is a membrane best? Also, the shower walls will be tiled, can we use a membrane or paint behind this, welded to the floor system?

Has anybody had any experience with hand-screeding in particular, and how do we get this with a consistent slope?

ONE MORE question: what about slip resistance in the floortiles? The Designer is insisting on 600x600mm square floortiles, I can only find these in R9 slip, apparently we will need R10 - ie pretty rough. Any thoughts?

Your fall for the shower base should be 20mm in 1m and the rest of the floor would have a fall of 10mm in 1m. That how much I do anyway.
110mm for a floor is a deep screed

Id choose a differant size tile aswell, imposible to get the right amout of fall without having huge lips.

You have specified 60x60 tiles, unless you have graded a floor previously you will have a nightmare with this size. If working over a former we would not recomend tiles of this size, your first job is to sort this with your specifier !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What gulley are you thinking of using ?????

I don't wish to be insulting or anything but if you are not able to or don't kno how to get a smooth slope on the screed without a pre form system may I suggest that either you need exactly that i.e. a preformer or you might want to sub contract this bit to a pro screeder. It is a very skilled type of screeding and you need a consistent and flat fall. If you do it without former you are likely to end up with uneven slopes or curved slopes.
