what is best white Silicon

been ask to reseal a friend bathroom as Silicon has gone black, but this
is after it was redone again after only a year. the last tiler told them he used the best stuff and they would not get any mould or discolouring. i am in liverpool we have topps tiles here. a few tile place had cheap stuff which i refuse to try as if its cheap i believe it won,t work.
ps could any thing out of the norm be causing this effect as i checked for damp and their was none.

Howtex, lovely stuff, if you can get it. Agter that, Bal Microban, wouldn't use their regular gear, it's not nice.

If he has a condensation problem.........it makes it 10x worse
