Whats the best way to repair this?...not tiling but Karn Dean flooring

I recently made our archway from the livingroom to kitchen wider and no longer a arch to let more light in the kitchen....we have some strips of Karn dean left over quite a few spare strips. it looks like the floor has been self levelled and then stuck down...if i remove the cut pieces or flooring will it bring up the leveller aswell?....i was thinking of tiling the kitchen to cover this..if i did could this be tiled straight over? its concrete flooring obv...was going to use 600x600 white porcelain if i were to tile...

If you are careful , you can patch it in easily enough.. and NO i would not tile over it..

Could u not scavenge a bit from elsewhere? Under washing machine or the like?

I have lots of spare pieces its just whats the best method of removing this? if i heat it up would that loosen the glue??

Small amount of self level to bring up to required height.....then graft in new piece's.
