I have been asked to look at a "tile cleaning" job....
The brief story is that the clients roof caved in during the recent wet season, whilst they were out of the country, and flooded the downstairs of their property. They have had de-humidifiers running to dry the property and are now left with a floor that requires some TLC.

My initial thoughts are that I need to hand this to a specialist company but can anyone give me some advice on how I may be able to bring the floor back to something respectable, please?

The first image is how they would be happy with the floor looking. The rest are areas of calcification and grime.

Thanks in advance,

Daz
