Starting bathroom tomorrow my query is where do i start.

I was thinking of starting straight above the bath if level. Or should i start on blank wall from batten making sure i leave a good cut around bath and other sanitary ware.
always address the window wall first..and mark your levels out to accomodate cuts elsewhere.....Gaz
