The vanity may cut your ceramics and porcelain. But I'd expect it to chip glaze.
The segmented certainly would. That one is for stone, concrete and very hard materials.

Well priced. I've just used the turbo blade on my grinder. It's cut a very hard glazed porcelain tile with very very minimal chipping
The top one is for concrete or stone etc, and the bottom one for tiles - but it looks to me if you used it, it would chip them a lot.Ordered these a few weeks ago and don't know what ones what. One is for cutting Stone, the other is for cutting tiles.
