The one I tried to use ONCE was messy...never again.

Whitebeam Do you mean the remover, I think it was called sil out , used to cut main body out with a blade then apply thin layer to remove residue , worked in small sections as could be a bit messy but seam to work well. Can you suggest a good one for me as asked to recommend quite often

It was something like the Everbuild silicone eater I used...

I use P.C.I 99% of the time as that's what my main tile shop stocks, grout too. Sometimes a customer will insist on what they saw on display in other shops, so every now and again use Shönöx or Mapei if that's what they want, all the same to me, does the job. Hate mapei products, addy ok, grout crap, silicone stinks of vinegar.

Tried the PCI grout once and what a gem to use...
