Hi everyone,
I need to purchase calibrated slate tiles for a 7m2 rectangular-shaped kitchen floor (which I would like to combine with underfloor heating).
After reading this forum, I'm wondering what in your opinions would be the best type of slate?
I initially liked the look of multi-colored riven, but most of what I've found is sold as uncalibrated. I found a few places that sell cleft and honed but wonder...
Do these type stain/need resealing more than riven? Is honed more slippery than cleft or riven when wet?
And finally, what thickness would you recommend with underfloor heating?
Much thanks in advance!
