Hi guys,
I recently had an indian sandstone patio installed, it looked great until I tried to seal it. After sealing I have been left with faint white spots on the slabs.
I used a flouropolymer sealant which I put down on saturday.
I believe this has been caused by the slabs not being fully dry.
My understanding is that flouropolymer sealants are breatheable, so will this problem go awy with a bit of time?
If not, what stripper do I need to remove the sealant will xylene work? Will removing the sealant get rid of the marks?
As you can probably tell I am desparate to reverse my schoolboy error so any help will be appreciated!
Thanks,
Michael
