Muppet Of a Customer

Just finished washing off after grouting and left with the normal residue. Already sealed the tiles several times and tested cleaning with no problems.
Advised customer to leave floor and not be tempted to wash any further. Explained I would return the following day once grout had hardened to clean remaining residue and seal further.

To my horror, returned today to find customer had washed and dragged the wet grout into the porous surface - - which had hardened leaving a white residue.

Customer is looking for wet look so can this be sealed without any further work.

Tiles are customers own which are apretty poor quality.
