Nando's for me.... you just cant beat spicy chicken and rice, good value and freshly cooked every time., and the loyalty card is quite good too!

just been to one at lunchtime , they are great value for money, carvery meat and five veggies so healthy i think you can't beat them!! and as mike said harvester for a change!!
years ago we always found the local hospital and used there canteen's £3-4 for a meal /pudd/drink!! but not anymore!!

Whetherspoons are great, they do specials on a few days for evening meals and the breakfast is quiet good as well. Toby again, very good for the veggie input, quick microwave filler uppers, Reggae Regga rice and beef, very nice
