what's everyone up to today? i've just started laying a 8m by 5m wood decking, the weathers not too good and i got to be finished by midweek as a crane's booked to lift the hot tub on the new deck. no it's not mine, i wish rrr:

my worst nightmare, slashbacks! i did one 2 weeks ago, 700 4" porcelains, my back was killing me after leaning over the worktops:mad2:

Not working as such, I'm off to do Edinburgh Parkrun, then get van loaded for Monday morning. Working tomorrow though as I have a bathroom to grout.

meant to be working but walked off a job yesterday.....absolute customer from hell..put up with her crud for 2 weeks prior to job and as i was dot n dabing her walls she called to say she woudl be discussing with her husband that evening if she still wanted to use me as her tiler or if she was going to look for another who was cheaper!

this was after she accepted a written price....erm goodbye missus

yes me and my son Tom worked to finish an outdoor swimming pool that we have been Pace lighting in black marble in the Cotswold's , it went well and we got finished, i will see if we can get any pic's -up later

Off all weekend again! It's very rare for me to work weekends tbh, I'd rather stick the hours in during the week. Finished early Tuesday but worked til around 9 every other night even on Friday night!

I had 3.5m2 of mosaics to put on kitchen walls, i used D1 just to use it up.
Got the tiles on, went for a bite then came back.. tiles not ready for grouting so packed up and left. My helper can run back and grout tuesday morning.
I went and lifted over 30m2 of porcelain and adhesive for monday, i have more to get and need all out of way by wednesday.
Thursday i have a big one to start.

Mike, it was only a small bathroom (10sqm) but I had 2.5 hours of unexpected prepping before I could get started :mad2:.
