I read on here somewhere that it is best to stagger the joints of mosaic tile sheets. What's the purpose of doing this? Curious as I have a mosaic job to do on a bathroom floor using 300 x 300 sheets of 5mm mosaics.

Now thats a top tip.To blend the the mosaic sheets together better as sometimes you will be able to see the individual sheets when the job is completed. I prefer to remove every othe mosaic so that the sheets interlock creating a seamless effect.
Nice idea but time consuming though!I prefer to remove every othe mosaic so that the sheets interlock creating a seamless effect.
