When measuring up a wall for example that was say 4sqm and there is a window in the middle that was say 1sqm, do you include the window and keep it as 4sqm or take it away = 3sqm? Or do you say 3sqm but im gonna charge such and such amount for the window?

Usually i leave it in as the cill/head and reveals are to tile any way..so this allows for them......dave...

lol, I probably should do the same really as I tend to measure everything, inside window edges etc, so I end up with an exact sqm, only takes me a few more seconds though.
