Hi folks, Got a floor to do in a kitchen. There is a 10cm diagonal line of plywood running across one part of it, firmly fixed covering some water pipes. Using porcelain tiles, got BAL porcelbond flooring sticko, already primed it all with dilute SBR. Do I use a flexo additive for just that part or just go ahead ?

Do they need access to the water pipes for any reason....
