having sat and watched a tipper driver pull down the electricity cables at the entrance to the site this lunchtime (and then try to drive off thereby dragging the pole and snapping it in half) we had no power and as I was inside in the dark I am now half a day behind 🙁
It was quite exciting mind, losts of crackling and huge blue sparks flying everywhere. seems he cut the power to most of this top left corner of Northumberland (Kielder etc)and its not back on yet
