I decided to finally bend at the end of 2006 and advertise with Yellow Pages. I had resisted whilst I was fixing because I had plenty of work coming in and coludn't see the point.
However, once I changed to the Restoration and Repair business after a while and a lot of harassment I let YP talk me into taking an advert with them in three different Yellow Pages for a cost of around £300ish.
They have been hassling me for about 6 months now to renew and I have categorically said "No Chance".
I made a point last year of asking every single enquiry I received where they got my name and number from and in every single case it was never Yellow Pages!
How does everyone else get on with them because personally my experience was, I might as well have gone outside and given the £300ish to charity:furious3:
