Do you have terms of payment at the bottom of your est sheet or do you have them on a separate sheet of paper?

Also do you get the customer to sign terms of contract/payment?

Everybody's will be a bit different but roughly if you do have this what should it state.....guarantee,payment on completion of job?

I enclose full terms and conditions of sale as a separate document with my estimates.

I print T&Cs on the back of my quotes/estimates so that there's no way of them getting separated

I dont write anything down except my price, materials list and date im coming on my business card. This entitles them to 40% discount at my local tile shop. I havnt had trouble getting paid as yet when leaving a job.
