I would hate having to re-grout a pool but if you're going to do it, you'd want one where the grout it falling out! Every cloud and all that:thumbsup:

If it really is that soft i'd be tempted to have a quick blast with a jet wash to see what happens

It's the builder (and slightly lazy) in me coming out:thumbsup:

Hope it works and doesn't damage the tiles, it's always worth a go
