Where are they for sale (actually in stock), and how much?
I did look into one before getting my D24000, but there were number of reasons why i opted for the Dewalt.
First, nobody seemed to actually have one for sale. Then the prices i could get suggested, well over the Dewalts price.
Then rumours started that they were having production problems. (reliability is king for me)
Finally, the weight of the thing was putting me off. Being able to break the D24000 down in to manageable parts, makes transporting(up stairs etc) easy.
Other than that, i do like the look of a lot of the Tornado's features.
But, the D24000 is more than impressing me. It just seems to get better and better the more i learn to use it.
I have never had so much control how a tile is cut and with such accuracy.
This all means my jobs are better, and much faster, and that my customers are also very happy.
I assume the Dewalt will last some years, so i suppose even thinking about getting the Tornado will be a none starter for me!
