As said above probably cement residue remover. Follow the instructions on the package or if this doesn't remove it possibly lithofin fz intensive cleaner as it may actually be polymers on the tile .

Try using a wet microfibre cloth first. If this fails then use a cement or grout residue remover and a white epoxy pad
