Hi Guys,
Got a real worrying job coming up, got to remove a single 500 x 300 travertine tile from a floor so plumber can repair pipework underneath, customer says he knows the tiler went straight onto the heating wire with no SLC. I also know the Travertine was not honed and filled as the original tiler said it was falling to bits during cutting. My concern is the heating wire, customer said oh we can repair it if it breaks. Going to have to dig grout out right down to the addy surely to get it out clean, have I got any chance of not damaging the wire? Cheers Rob
