    Hi there, Let me know if you find it as I am currently looking for the same tile. It's in my kitchen and we did them new in 2004. Some are cracked now. I had some extras in my garage, but think somebody stole them. Nice tile. Hard to find like this today!

Final result. Tanking on walls around the bath - Dunlop kit Tiles - 20sqm of Polished Porcelain (CTD) Adhesive - BAL SPF (normal for walls & rapidset for floor) Grout - White BAL Microflex on walls & Grey Superflex on floor All tiles were wet cut using a £50 overhead saw from Aldi fitted with a Marcrist diamond blade. Holes were drilled using a 365Drills bathroom kit
