If you install the shower screen next to the tile, then rely on Silicon to hold in the water, that's bad practice, unless you don't plan on using the shower, in that case it will last forever.     Tile up to the shower tray corner then install the shower screen. That is how it is done.

    The shower screen needs to be installed right on the tile if not the water will damage the untiled wall. Did you waterproof the walls inside the shower?

    send picture make sure the tile backer boards are well secured to the floor. Apply SBR then Ditra. Using Ditra mat will stop the moisture migration

    Clean up the timber floor, remove toilet, level up the uneven area, apply SBR then install the Ditra Matting. It can be done. Send us pictures.
