    Doesn't matter 18 or 22mm its the surface we tested and the rest is down to BS5385: strong, no flex ect.

    No I have not laid LVT, and yes you can stick the anti-fracture mat with vinyl adhesive and tile over it, but you cannot level over it. In all the testing with different levellers they all cracked.

    Yo got this wrong Ray The Anti-fracture mat cannot be levelled over. With the expansion and contraction of a levelling compound when it dries it will just crack all over, though it will be stuck to the mat. You would do better with a Schluter Ditra or Dural CI++Mat as the way the leveller locks...

    Does the staining not look too rectangular/square for bacteria? The staining is only on the corners. Could the spacers still be in there and something is causing the reaction.
