    Epoxy Grout

Welcome back to the tiling industry. Epoxy grouts have certainly changed and are almost as easy to use as cement grouts. The best ones I have come across are Kerakoll Fugalite Bio and the Bal Easypoxy. I would recommend the use of a white emulsifying pad for the first wash then a good grouting...

help please - which grout should i use

Mix it as instructed on the packaging. Some tilers use a "PIG" to help smooth the joints but there should be no need if you follow the instructions on the bag. If you are going to use an emulsifying pad I would go with a white one in case any colour leeches out.

    Cracked tiles on suspended floor

No I have not laid LVT, and yes you can stick the anti-fracture mat with vinyl adhesive and tile over it, but you cannot level over it. In all the testing with different levellers they all cracked.

    Best best for tiling course

I don't know of anything in your area, you might need to travel to Birmingham for a serious tiling course.
