    I’d put a colour matched movement joint in, right under door when closed. Makes cuts easier and there’s no chance of tiles cracking. Doorways are always weak points, a lot of screeds crack here

    Get a roller that can have weight added to it to roll over the matting, pressing it into the adhesive. We put 40kg of weight and 100% contact every job. Back buttering matting sounds messy!!!
