    Bulk buying screws for backer board

    Just wondered if anyone bought bigger quantities of screws for boarding floors ? I have a couple of large floors to board and the usual turbo gold screws only seem to be available in boxes of 100, any decent alternatives ?

    Does anyone bulk up SLC with sand?

    Hello, An idea was run past me today, with regards to making up a kitchen floor 20mm depth using slc. They said to bulk it out with sand? I wondered if it was acceptable to do? If so what kind of ratios are we talking? Thanks
